What is a first payment default in regards to an auto loan?

I just bought a car and I made the first payment online two days before the due date. I subsequently realized that my bank made an error on my account and my online payment was returned. Is there a grace period for the first time payment or is this unforgivable from the lenders perspectives.

Contact the lender asap and make a payment. With first payment default they have a shorter grace period in which they have to wait before picking up the car so call them asap.
Reply:It can really save you hassle to just get an auto loan price online to check out what the going rates are. You might be pleasantly happy. Also if your credit is not good, a lot of them are more willing to help you.

What I most often tell friends is that an internet quote at http://auto.lowratetoday.com is a no brainer.
Reply:You need to call and explain the situation. Make the payment and add the late fee. Make very sure that you are never late again.
