When will I be able to get approved for an auto loan?

Just started my first "real" job @ $40k/year, still in college part time, with ~625 FICO scores. How many years until I can get an auto loan for say, $20,000?

Auto finance is what I do for a living and you should be able to qualify now I would suggest you find a large dealer that advertises Special Finance and go talk to the manager they should be able to help you.
Reply:You can apply for a student car loan where the payment period are long as meant especially for students. Can extend up to 10 to 15 years.
