What rate should I laugh at for an auto loan?

I have all my accounts in good standing (about 5 years since I got my first bit of credit), never had a late payment. Had a small personal loan that I paid of, and I have 4 credit cards open with a total balance of over 10k.





If the bank tries to offer me a 10% loan, is that way too high? Is 6 or 7% what I should be aiming for?





I don't know what would be a rip off, I don't want to get taken advantage of.





Oh and I just got my VantageScore, its 720.

Reply:seems like it depends who you get the loan with. I have a credit score of 720 and last year the bank (chase) that took my loan charged 4.9% I got a 48 month loan for a $50K truck and I gave $20K down payment.
