How to get an auto loan with poor credit?

My credit is not that great although I am trying to make my payments regularly to the credit card...my credit doesn't seem to improve. I need an auto loan urgently. I have a good steady income. Is there a possibility to get the loan? Should I go to my bank or to the car dealing or some other creditors like Capital One? Any advice? Thanks

Assuming you don't have the cash for a car, then you should try for a loan. Just make sure your getting the best interest rate you can and get a free copy of your credit report and clean up your credit! I personally would not go to Capitol One.

I've bookmarked this site...

Good Luck.
Reply:Banks are not lending even to the people who has good credit score these days. Since you said your credit is not that great, chances are that you might not be granted an auto loan. You can always try and see what happens.

My suggestion is for you to start saving money for your car, or for large down payment on the car since you have a good steady income. Stop the spending altogether. Pay down your credit cards. If you put your mind to it, you can do it. It's better to wait, save money and become debt free before you pile on additional debt. Think about it.
Reply:Hi

I saw your question I have decided to help people out due to the fact that I myself has been scammed twice by fake lenders in my search for a loan but at last I got a reliable lender that gave me the loan($60,000 USD) that I was in dire need of even with a bad credit. Hence I decided that I will refer anybody I come across to this God sent lender he is reliable and his terms are fair. You can get to him via his email address charles_lenders@yahoo.com Please tell him that Deborah Kirk he gave out a loan to me even with a bad credit. I have search for a legit lender until I got him and I decided to help my fellow humans with this because there are a lot of fake lenders out there and I do not want any body to fall a prey please get to him and tell him that I referred you to him.

Thanks.

It can really save you some money to just get a car loan estimate on the web to verify what todays rates are. You might be really suprised. Also if your credit is not so great, a lot of them are more willing to help people.

What I usually tell friends is that an internet quote at http://auto.lowratetoday.com is worthwhile.

Reply:Try a co-signer who has excellent credit.
